Hey all you unicorns of the #WritingCommunity What is one of your strengths or weaknesses as an author? I’ll go first with both 🤗 Strength: I absolutely love the editing process! Weakness: the dialogue I write always requires a ton of tweaking to make it sound authentic 🤷

Give me a super spoilery sentence from your WIP but redact all the spoilers E.g. "but the books didn't say if [redacted] had been murdered by [redacted] like [redacted] had.”

@Kiraofthewind1 Lumin's home starts out austere, but she gradually fills it. (Not with what she genuinely wants, but what a royal is expected to want.) Asran's home is relatively undecorated and plain, but it has plenty of blankets and cozy places to sit. Cupboards filled with puzzles.

@draevans Can't always tell what it means. Sometimes they have that condition/experience and assume it's a somewhat universal experience. Sometimes it means they're disrespectful/dismissive. Hard to make a hard conclusion.
