@adamReadingFC @RoyalPainUTD Hi Adam, so tickets change to matchday pricing at 12:00am (midnight) the day of the match, then the car parking goes off sale online at 11am on the day of the match. Match tickets can be purchased online up until 3:30 for a 3pm kick off. :)

Hi Matt, can you pop an email to sales@reading.co.uk just with your supporter ID number, I think I have emailed copies of the ticket over to your wife but just want to make sure it's the correct person. Then next week the ticketing team will take a look at your account and get it sorted for the kid's season tickets showing for you.

Any @readingfc fans got an idea how to access linked season tickets in this new ticketing platform? Can’t make the game so my wife needs our kids’ season tickets, but the only reference the app has to them is a bunch of unclickable stars. Honestly it’s so dreadful @RFCSupport

If you have a Google/Apple ticket, open you wallet select your match ticket, and tap your phone against the turnstile scanner with your back camera facing the scanner - you do not need to pull up the bar code.

However depending on the weather tonight, we may be able to sell some additional spaces in Car Park 6 in the morning, if the ground has not flooded again overnight. So I would recommend checking the website in the morning as if we are able to add some spaces on we will be putting them on the website.
