Hi Helen, as Newport are selling both home and away tickets you will need to create an account on their website to purchase, once you have created your account you can click account, then account details in the top right hand corner, and then untick the box below which will prevent you being on their mailing list. Once the match has been played you can also request for them to delete your account from their website.

Hi, Sorry to hear this, could you please DM me your supporter ID number or email address and I will do some investigating. In terms of the shirt, you will be contacted once the shirts have been released. For the quarterly magazine, I believe you not receiving this could likely be because you signed up just after the cut off point for the magazines to be sent, as if you had been a listed Elite subscriber prior to this date, you would have recevied the magazine at your home address regardless of whether there was an issue with you receiving emails or not. Once I get your information and can check your account I will be able to give you more information. If you did happen to miss the cut off point for emails and postage of the magazine, I will make sure a copy gets posted out to you. If there is an issue with your account causing you to not receive communications from us I will get this sorted out for you.

Hi Alex, you can access the magazine by following this link: fanstore.readingfc.co.uk/pages/magazine then clicking ' my orders' which will take you to the login page, then once you are logged in, press the backspace button to take you back to the magazine page, then press the refresh button in the left hand corner. If you email supporterservices@readingfc.co.uk with your email address I'll be able to check your communications preferences, the last few ones I've checked that haven't received the comms from Rob have not been subscribed to that specific mailing list so I've amended it for them.

Hi Christian, I've checked your account and you recieved this because your email address is still linked in the background to a supporter in your Family & Friends network. It appears that, historically, two accounts existed under this supporter's name and one was later amended with your details rather than a new account being created. As our ticketing and communications systems are separate but regularly sync data, this seems to have caused your email address to remain associated with their account for automated emails as if it was a duplicate account for the original supporter (this doesn't affect either of your ticketing accounts and only pertains to automated marketing/club update emails), so we just need to remove this thread and it should stop you from receiving these emails. This is a very unusual case, but I'll raise it with our software provider and get it resolved for you.

Hi Mitch, yes you'll be fine, everyone regardless of status will be getting their points upon entry for home games, and upon purchase for away games. Then in terms of points, supporters with Elite for example, even if they are attending every single home and away game, wouldn't likely have them end up with so many extra points that it would put them in a category above any other supporter who is also attending those number of matches.

Hi Andy, for 1871 there were previously no seat reservations, the seat number on season tickets was only assigned to a specific seat in order for the supporter to enter through the turnstiles and be assigned to that stand, however for this season seating is now reserved due to regulations around safe standing. If the seat is greyed out this means that someone else has already purchased this seat, in order to purchase in 1871 he will need to select a new seat. The £10 charge would only be for if he required a new physical card.

Hi Dave, if you call us tomorrow between 10am -3pm on 0118 968 1313 we can put this through for you, or if you are able to go to payment methods on your profile and add the card you would like to use as a saved card, then pop us an email on sales@readingfc.co.uk to let us know your supporter ID number and that you would like to renew on core and we can pop this through for you and send you an email confirmation. I will also check your account tomorrow and see the reason why it wouldn't allow you to renew online, usually it only doesn't allow it if the seat is in a restricted or accesible area on the map, but I will let you know tomorrow when I take a look at your profile.

Hiya, so as the Squad is seperate membership scheme, similar to when we used to have young royals, you can have Squad without a season ticket, or you can have it as well as a season ticket, the additional £1.92 per month figure is based on an U13s season ticket in the family area, the monthly cost for you will be the season ticket cost for u13 in 1871 divided by 12 months, + the monthly cost for the Squad membership, you should just be able to add the core season ticket in to the basket, and then add the Squad membership and make sure to assign each one to his name, to put through the under 13s ticket it will need an adult put through with it at the same time otherwise the basket thinks the U13 is attending by themselves. If you aren't able to call us tomorrow, you can add the card you would like to use to your saved cards, by going to payment methods on your profile, and then send us an email on sales@readingfc.co.uk letting us know the name, seat and whether you would like just core or the squad option as well and we can process it for you tomorrow morning on the back office without you having to phone, if you'd prefer to call you can ring us on 0118 968 1313, the phone line is open 10am -3pm

@ReadingFC Can't work out how the squad membership works. It's says £6.99 a month but "One Royal Squad members can also subscribe to One Royal Core from an additional £1.92 per month" so can an u13 get the benefits of squad & upgrade to core & sit with me in c1871. Unable to do online

Hiya, so if a child has a squad membership but no season ticket, they will earn 6 points per game, the same as an essentials member earns, if they have a squad membership and a kid's season ticket, they will recieve 10 points per match, the same as an out right/ core season ticket holder. Oh, or is Squad + Season ticket = 12 loyalty points per game @RFCSupport? We get the kids a season ticket, add squad on after for them and then they get 12 points onto their ST for every game they attend? I literally work in comms and I feel lost with it all 😂

Can't believe it's June and I still have @ReadingFC subscription questions. The 'Squad' one for kids. 6 loyalty points. Assume that's a one-off 6 points for joining the scheme? If they have a ST, they'll get 10 points per game like all season ticket holders for games they attend?

Hi Steve, yes so due to the regulations on safe standing 1871 is going to be reserved seating next season. On the home page if you click either 'subscribe now' for subscription, or 'buy now' for the season ticket in one payment. Then select the seats you would like from the stadium map, then if you click the assign button next to one of the tickets, and choose your son's name from the list and your name for the other, this will allow you to purchase these seats for your usual renewal price. If you have any trouble pop an email to sales@readingfc.co.uk with your supporter ID but it should all be fine to put through.

@RFCSupport me and my 15 year old son sit in different seats, different rows. Is club1871 going to be reserved seating next season, if so how would I be able to get our seats next to each other if Im renewing next season before the deadline.

Hi James, I've just taken a look on our back office, is your seat in Y21? Firstly, does your son have an account to assign the ticket to? If not you can email sales@readingfc.co.uk with his name and birth date and we will create it and add him in to your family & friends, then you will be able to assign him a ticket. Then you choose the seat from the stadium map, and just delete your supporter ID number from that ticket, then click the 'assign' button and it will show your list of friends and family for you to assign the ticket to. The seats that are currently available to purchase are blue seats with a white background, seats with a red background are currently being held for renewal, so when you choose your seat for him on the stadium map you will just need to make sure the seat has a white background, as we allow people to select the seats with a red background so that they can renew for their family & friends, but it will only allow you to process that seat if the account you assign it to matches the account that is holding that seat for renewal. The seats with a red background will be released at 10am on the 16th if they end up not being renewed, so you could choose a seat for your son for now, and then check back with us on the 16th to see if the seat next to you has been released, or you can choose two new seats for you and your son in a different row, and you will still be able to get the renewal price even when assigning yourself a new seat for your season ticket.

Hi Harry, I've just had a look on your account and as your row is ambulant seating this is why it won't allow you to renew online. There has to be a rule applied to these seats to prevent supporters from choosing these seats if they don't require ambulant seating, but unfortunately the system doesn't allow us to make renewing ST holders exempt from the rule. If you call us on 0118 968 1313 we can process these for you. Apologies for the inconvinience.
