NOTICE: If your Season Ticket is not yet showing your newly purchased seat number, please don’t worry! We are currently awaiting the system rollover for the new season, which will update and activate all Season Tickets with the correct seat details in plenty of time for the beginning of the 2026/27 season. 💙🦁 @ReadingFC #ReadingFC

Hi Antony, yes so the Season ticket under any OneRoyal subscription will work the same as the usual season ticket and will show the same way on your account. You will be able to pass your ticket on by going to the season ticket section of your account, next to each match you will see a button labelled 'pass ticket'. If you click this it will then allow you to assign the ticket to anyone in your family and friends list, and it will email them their ticket which they can either print at home or download.🎫

Hi Pauline, currently there are no matches for the seats to be applied to, once the fixture list has been announced and the games have set up, the passes will be updated. This is an improvement on previous seasons where supporters could not download their season ticket at all until the very start of the season.

Calling #readingfc fans who have either renewed or subscribed: did you get a confirmation email with your actual name on it? Mine started with, "Dear Laura" and three friends have received theirs with, "Dear Joe" and "Dear Jack" and none of them are called that.

Hiya, in regards to the names on emails, this will only apply to bookings made over the phone, the name on the email is the name of the ticket agent that assisted you, there was an error causing our names to show on the emails which has now being corrected, apolologies for any confusion. In regards to the seats, the correct seat details will pull through once we have the data to import in regards to the fixtures. Currently as there are no fixtures for the seats to be applied to, this is why they haven't updated yet. Last season supporters weren't able to download their mobile season ticket until just before the first game, the new system on the other hand, allows you to download it straight away, so once we get the match data through when the fixture list is announced, the tickets will then update and you will have your access to your pass much earlier than previous seasons.

Shoutout to Laura in the @ReadingFC ticket office team. I spoke to them just now to change my name as it can’t be done online and it was changed in a very respectful, pain free, and speedy way! #readingfc

Hiya, if you are in 1871 this is likely why you are getting this notification. As 1871 has changed to reserved seating, a new card will need to be created for the seat. For a mobile ticket you will just need to select Virtual card, and for a new physical card you will need to select new card for £10.

Hi Roz, I've just had a look and as these seats were classified as accesible seats for disabled supporters after you had purchased in there this is why you're having the issue going to the next step, if you give us a call on 0118 968 1313 we can process it for you. Our phone line is open from 10-3 Monday to Friday. It tends to be quieter later in the week and later in the afternoon.

Hi Steve, if you click the buy now button after singing in to your account, it should then allow you to select whichever seats you would like in 1871 as you have the 1871 STs registered on your account, so you can add the tickets in for yourself and your children, then just change their names on the tickets in the assign ticket section. If you have any trouble please give us a call on 0118 968 1313 and we can pop them through for you.

Hi Tim, you can give notice at any point, it's just the case that if you would like to end the subscription at exactly 12 months, the latest time you can give notice is 9 months in. In theory you could give notice as soon as you have signed up. After 12 months, the subscription continues on a monthly basis rather than resetting to another full 12 months.

@sjmaple I think if I go for a subscription, the main risk is if I don't want to renew next year, as you have to give 3 months notice to end it and can only do that after 12 months...so you could have to pay 3 months for nothing? unless I'm understanding the T & C's wrongly!

Hey #readingfc fans - here's a spreadsheet to work out whether subscription or season ticket is best for you. Copy the spreadsheet for yourself, answer questions in column H, and you'll get some idea of overall costs over the season for each subscription option in row 26! I did this to help me, hope it helps others too :) Disclaimer, my sums may not add up. #gid=0" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d… May be of interest @TalkReading @ReadingFC @RFCCommunity @RFC_Analysis @ElmParkRoyals

Hi Neil, if you pop an email to disability@readingfc.co.uk with her supporter ID and Access card number, we will verify and add it on to her account, then we will create the PA account and link it to her account, and email you back to confirm it's been done. Then for renewal, you can either renew her ST online, and then email or call us to let us know the seat you would liken for the PA and we will process it, or you can call us on 0118 968 1313, option 2, and we can put through both tickets together.

@ReadingFC Hi How does someone with an access pass apply for one of the tiers of the One Royal programme and would their companion also be enrolled to the same tier? Also does the companion get allocated loyalty points? Thanks

Hi, if you already have a PA, you only need an Access Card if your previous documents have expired (the same as before). We give 1 month’s notice of the date of expiry, and the application is reviewed and response received within 3 working days by Access Card. You don't need to reapply for a PA, your PA details stay on your account and are simply reactivated once updated.

@BerkshireBoys_ @RFCSupport The way Ive read it as well, disabled fans have to apply for an access card then renew their S/T and also apply for a Personal Assistant ticket, seems like a lot of jumping through hoops when the club already have the disabled person's info

If I just renew as normal I get 255 points as per previous seasons? If I take subscription I get 0 points but the X amount of points based on the subscription I take? Is this correct or have missed something? #readingfc @RFCSupport
