There is something profoundly unnerving about Europes smug embrace of decline. Its economies are stagnant. Most have not even clawed back to pre-2008 real GDP levels. Innovation has flatlined next to the US and China. Not a single top global company is European. The handful of unicorns they produce usually flee the bureaucracy regulation and confiscatory taxes. What remains are century-old legacy firms coasting on past glory. Production is treated as dirty. Industry has been gutted by naive green fantasies and other utopian delusions. Europe is the trust-fund kid squandering the vast wealth its ancestors built. It is comfortable today not because of its own effort but because of those who came before. Its children will not inherit that same ease. And the dystopian reality is they do not seem to even care about that. Fertility rate is under replacement level. They are content to YOLO their civilization into the ground. Hedonistic, shortsighted, and happy to hand the keys to third world immigrants while they live it up. This is not interesting or sophisticated. It is the attitude of a 90 year old who has simply given up. That surrender is suicidal for any civilization that adopts it.

According to Kotaku, several transgender employees at Wizards of the Coast said the company used their legal names rather than their chosen names on voter lists during a union election, resulting in some workers being deadnamed in front of colleagues. The list was shared internally, exposing some employees’ deadnames to coworkers. Employees said the company apologized after complaints, but the same issue reportedly occurred again during the following week’s voting process. One affected employee, Xib Vaine, said the problem was discovered when coworkers could not find employees by their chosen names on the list. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) allows the use of preferred names and does not require legal names. Employees also said Wizards of the Coast had generally been supportive of transgender workers in everyday workplace interactions. Several employees said the repeated disclosure was especially upsetting because deadnames can reveal that someone is transgender without their consent. Wizards of the Coast said it had provided legal names to the NLRB as part of the election process and acknowledged the emotional impact on affected employees.

@CazeTVOficial I did a bit of a research and he just predicted champions. Nothing about the analysis is actually correct and should've been taken seriously. It's like predicting CL champions by looking at team strenghts and weaknesses at the start of the season. This is his prediciton for 2022.
