T-Mobile USA has opened a 2.5 lakh sq ft Global Technology Centre in Hyderabad. The company plans to scale the centre to nearly 1,000 employees by 2027. The facility will work on AI, cloud, cybersecurity, software engineering, product development and data analytics. Another addition to Hyderabad's growing GCC ecosystem.

Telangana's revised market land values take effect from June 5. The new rates apply to agricultural land, plots, apartments and commercial properties — and will form the basis for registration charges and stamp duty going forward. The aim is to align government values with prevailing market rates. Buyers and sellers with pending registrations are rushing to complete them before the new rates kick in.

The Cabinet has approved ₹7,597.16 crore to widen 190.76 km of national highway in Telangana to 4-lane standard. Two stretches are covered: the Armoor–Jagtial–Mancherial section of NH-63 (on Hybrid Annuity Model) and the Jagtial–Karimnagar section of NH-563 (on BOT Toll).

Telangana IT & Industries Minister Sridhar Babu has inaugurated the ₹1,200 crore Theranym Biologics manufacturing facility in Sangareddy. It improves connectivity across Miyapur, Nizampet, Gajularamaram and Bowrampet, cuts travel time, and strengthens access to the IT corridor — engineered to handle the area's traffic.

IMAX is returning to Hyderabad after more than 12 years. The new screen is set to come up at AMB Classic Sudarshan under the Asian Cinemas group — confirmed by Asian Group executives. The auction drew aggressive bidding from major developers and institutional investors.
