@CopaAirlines first flight with this airline and yall are NOT starting off strong. I specifically paid for an aisle seat and they changed me to a row closer to the front, but a middle seat. Then I was moved to the aisle a row behind where I paid. Why pay for a seat then?

@Uber do better. This driver deliberately didn’t pick us up while we were standing OUTSIDE waiting for the ride. He drove right past us, as we waved and chased him down, he continued to drive right by us, not even looking our way and proceeded to cancel the ride.

4. Anywho. @AmericanAir give them a raise or something. For being thorough and actually following the rules and protocols yall have in place. That is all.

2. Not sure why this isn’t done for every flight. It’s beyond frustrating to see people put a fucking jacket or a small ass bag overhead that can easily go under the seat. That shit is outlined everywhere and people have gotten so entitled that nobody ever says anything about it

@AmericanAir I just want to shoutout two of your flight attendants from my AA3845 flight. I fly often, with a carryon and Friday 3/7 was the first time in YEARS I’ve actually seen flight attendants regulate backpacks and jackets in the overhead which is how it’s suppose to be.
