AI-assisted coding turned me from someone who designs systems into someone who also builds them 🛠️ I’ve spent 10 years working between business and IT, currently as an IT architect: translating messy business problems into requirements, systems, trade-offs, and workable solutions. I’ve always been close to technology, and I’ve done low-code development, but I never really saw myself as a developer. Now, when I run into a problem, I don’t just look for an app. I try to build one. Daily habits → app. Home workouts → app. Finance tracking → app. Small workflow problem → product idea. The interesting part is that my background helps more than I expected. Product thinking helps me shape the problem. Requirements engineering helps me make it concrete. System thinking helps me avoid building random features. Architecture helps me see how the pieces fit together. So this is now a serious hobby that got slightly out of hand. I get even less sleep than before 😅 I’m building web and mobile apps alongside a demanding office job, two young kids, and limited spare time. I’ll use this account to share what I build, what I learn, where I get stuck, and whether any of these small bets can become real products.

What are you building right now? An app? A website? A side project? Learning to code? If you’re in tech, reply! I'd love to know more.👋

hot take: the hardest part of having a 9-5 and two side projects isn't the building. it's knowing which hat you're wearing at any given hour.

@alexwtlf We already didnt call them coders or programmers anymore, there’s a reason for that. Developer/engineer already implies more of an architect/orchestrator role - AI just amplified it.

What do we call developers now if AI writes 95% of the code?

@anupamrjp Morning ☕️ Working on My Workframe: a personal operating system for how you work. Most people's work system lives in their head. Mine doesn’t anymore since I built this. You answer ~10 questions. You get rules, flows, and tool boundaries built around your setup.

Saturday morning in Amsterdam. No PRs to review. No standups. Just me, coffee, and a side project I've been putting off for 6 months. This is the weekend it actually starts. What are you building this weekend?

@oranahh The real work is knowing what to build. AI coding exposes weak product thinking faster. If you don’t know what problem you’re solving, AI will happily help you ship the wrong thing.

everyone's freaking out about AI replacing devs meanwhile i'm watching more people launch products in a week than i used to see in a year yeah AI can spit out code. cool. now make it not break when 100 users hit it at once the real work isn't writing the first version. it's: - keeping it running - fixing what breaks - making it actually usable AI lowered the barrier to start building. that's it.

the best founder profile in 2026 and beyond is: - decent IQ (you can rent intelligence from claude or gpt) - delusion + obsession - high agency it's never been this easy to win
