@heydave7 It should be third party portable generator you can place in the frunk or trunk. Not something tesla delivers as an integrated feature. We all know that @elonmusk will never allow so and I bet he has some very good reasons.

Also the larger the car/SUV the more going EREV makes sense. This is because the larger and heavier the vehicle is, you need to put more batteries which adds more cost. This is why large electric SUVs are not cheap. Make a large electric SUV with half the batteries and costs plummeting (far exceeding covering the extra cost of the generator and related parts). Tesla will always make pure BEVs and I know many people love them. But it’s obvious at this point that pure BEVs aren’t for everyone. Tesla could start by offering a BEV and EREV versions of a large affordable SUV and go from there. My prediction is the EREV would outsell the EV version of the large SUV by 3:1. It would be cheaper and more convenient for most people. But I’d prefer if Tesla just made a EREV-only version of a large affordable SUV. Make it boxy and super affordable ($35-40k). Would outsell the Model Y. Then make a boxier version of the Model Y, mid-size SUV that is EREV ($30-35k). That would outsell the large SUV. Then make a EREV Tesla Van that I can use as a camper van. Combine that with FSD.

Before calling me crazy, research it. The past 1-2 years has seen a big shift in China. Consumers are increasingly choosing EREVs over BEVs in China, especially for larger SUVS.

Playing the first mission of 007 First Light gave me major Death Stranding flashbacks - the rain combined with alien looking terrain. Turns out the location is based on Iceland, and I think both games absolutely nailed giving players an authentic Icelandic experience.

What is mind boggling to me is how German and EU “leaders” are totally unhinged when it comes to gambling with war. This is not some sinister plan - it’s complete and utter unhinged incompetence. Think back to WWI, that was a similar situation - utter incompetence. As in: let’s attack Russia - what could possibly go wrong ? The crazy thing is: most people (who have a basic understand of the world) think Elon is the most astonishing Pioneer who ever lived. But he is just getting started - the Elon empire will 100x from here VERY quickly. The convergence is just absolutely mind boggling.
