The Software Crafters UnConference is coming up November 4! At an UnConference the agenda is created by the attendees, during the event, ensuring that you get to discuss things that matter to you. I’d love to see you there. scunconf.com

Mobbing's inefficient. A mob of 3 takes 3 times as long to finish a story. It's more efficient to have 1 person code, submit a pull request, wait a day or two for a review, reply, wait, reply/edit, wait, edit, wait, wait, edit, wait, merge. #NotMyAgile

The standard tragedy that we keep trying to deny (because it's hard to comply): * Capacity-to-do is finite: we can only do so much * Time is finite: it runs out * Opportunity is time-sensitive, and consumes capacity

PRs: The worst possible way to review code (1/7) We used to talk when reviewing code. Now we throw a pointer to a diff over a wall, and trust that others care enough to do a good review. (Or cynically, hope they don't care enough to find things we must fix.) // @tottinge

@chrisstonedev I believe you are now obligated to create alternative heads for your content. Perhaps your smart fridge also needs to display your reading list?

@chrisstonedev Oh. It’s a headless CMS. I remember that coming up as a technology we might be interested in. Thanks for the article.
