@CovfefeAnon @ZOG_SLOP @Waffl3x I wasnt too privy on her when I made my original post. I do see where yall coming from and out of principle I would agree that business should have the freedom to employ whoever and not be compelled in any shape or form. I also do think its a bit of an overreaction. Good day to u

Review bombing and refunding Slay the Spire 2 after it becomes known that Anita Sarkeesian is mentioned in the credits is a perfectly rational game theoretic response because there are basically only two possible reasons for her to wind up in the credits of any game The dev is willing to spend money to express contempt and hate for the audience or There's implicit extortion going on Review bombing and refunding the game reshapes the payout matrix on the extortion racket
Pirat_Nation 🔴@Pirat_Nation

Slay the Spire 2 is facing backlash after players discovered Anita Sarkeesian listed as a consultant in the credits. Gamers are leaving negative Steam reviews, saying they regret buying the game and would not have purchased it if they knew. Some are requesting refunds while it is still in Early Access.

@SCARYT3RRY @ZOG_SLOP @Waffl3x >say retarded things >get called retarded "wow, everyone else is really upset" You saying it isn't convincing anyway - no one here looks the slightest bit "upset" and your strategy of trying to be as annoying as possible isn't even working yet you're pretending it is

@_kaboosky @MediJo20 Since others struggled to drive and enter the paint in the series, they really relied on JB creating those 3pt looks when he did collapse the defense

@_kaboosky @MediJo20 I think what’s loss is that the 3pt quality is better when there is a paint touch first and foremost. Celtics struggled to get into the paint this series which made the looks from 3 more contested. I think if a pro is open, you trust the work they put in to make the shot

Boston often looks like they are playing two different games at once. a rhythmic, drive and kick system with Tatum/White and a Jaylen Iso game that exists in a vacuum like he scored a resilient 33 pts in G7 and was a big part of Boston's late push but the Sixers were more than happy to let him "get his" because it didn't collapse their shell. He is an elite tough shot maker, but he’s a "finisher" of possessions, not a "generator" of advantages. You watch the game and it's in direct contrast to Maxey/Embiid who were constantly creating advantages for Philly's O even when the ball went in during that 4th quarter rally, it didn't change how Philly guarded everyone else. They stayed glued to Hauser + Pritchard, knowing that JB wasn't going to suddenly become a skip-pass maestro the only time the JB Process was truly a positive was when he could physically overwhelm smaller guys on a switch. But you can't build a 48 minute, high leverage offense on "hope for a switch on the smallest guy"
Sheed on the Hawks@SheedinATL

the fundamental issue with Jaylen Brown's scoring process is that it's purely contingent on whether the ball goes in and it really does nothing to bend defenses in any meaningful way; the ball did go in a few times in the 4th to make it look like JB was dragging the Celtics back into the game but it was about as good as it got for essentially the entirety of the game, Sixers were happy to drop super deep and guard JB 1-on-1, there was no need to gap, the wing defenders could just stick to the shooters and if the ball goes in, well, you just kind of move on because it happens from time to time. For this process to work out in your favour JB would probably need to be closer to 70% ts, 55% just ain't it that's basically creating two parallel offensive processes, it's detrimental for Boston in most situations, except for maybe when JB gets switched onto Maxey

@_kaboosky @MediJo20 I think Joe should have called PP’s number more tbh. Seemed like he was generating quality offense every time. I would disagree that the better decision is to take a tough shot instead. You trust your teammates and kick it out to open shooters even if they are 0/10.

@SCARYT3RRY @MediJo20 It’s tough when every other player on the team can’t hit their shots. At some point D white is wide open and the better decision is to take the tough shot instead of passing him the ball. Boston’s roster is worse than people realize. It’s really only 2 starters plus bench.
