En opnieuw 'staakt' de website van @SNCB. Zogenaamd in onderhoud. Maar ik heb de website al tijden niet meer echt werkend gezien. Ik kon gelukkig even zien dat er dinsdag weer gestaakt wordt. Maar verder kom ik niet. Zelfs Cloudflare er voor helpt niet.

@SNCB_Int I have messaged on here before AND emailed your customer relations - I keep getting given phone numbers that either don’t work at all or have a recorded voicemail saying the line is no longer in service it then gives me yet another number and that one doesn’t work!

@SNCB_Int I have been booking Eurostar journeys for my parents through your site. We booked Lille to St Pancras but never got a confirmation email. Eurostar can see the booking but said we need to speak to you to arrange for the confirmation to be sent. Suspect typo in email

@SNCB_Int I am trying to speak to someone about changing a Eurostar booking. I called the numbers on the website & they didn’t work. I then emailed & after 4 days was given another number, that worked but option 4 for English wasn’t working and I got cut off! What do I do?
