@ScDomnick @micah_erfan I took a deep dive into your factual points, and between Texas, Florida, and California there is no clear great state of those 3 to live in, between Dallas Sacramento and Tampa in major financial categories they all stink, but Dallas, Tampa then Sacramento finish in that order

@EricRus44691498 @micah_erfan When you factor in the higher wages and public transportation infrastructure, Boston and Miami are comparable in Cost of Living. Studies show that many of the NE states have the highest quality of living. Florida is great if you have resources, if you don’t, it is tough.

@ScDomnick @micah_erfan I went to Massachusetts last year and the cost of living there is insane, property taxes and income tax are also draining, the whole NE, is like this, my family in NH said the only state in that region that is somewhat affordable is Maine, I don't gaslight or cherrypick 💪🇺🇸💯

@ScDomnick @micah_erfan The net growth of Florida is still rising, unfortunately retirees are having to go back to work in many states, Florida is far from perfect, but it still a destination point for tourism and big companies, and yes price on many things are too high, but taxes are low
