They can do credit checks on anyone first, reducing their risk 5. You say hospitals that opt out can only sign a contract if From Sec. 303(b)(1)(B) — “be entered into at a time when the individual is facing an emergency health care situation;” This has to be a typo. But it’s also in the 2023 bill. Is this bad proofreading , or are you effectively saying, no provider can opt out unless they exclusively sign contracts with patients that are in the emergency room ? Some of whom may be unconscious or in deep distress. This makes no sense. 6. Every other country that offers Universal Health Care either uses a gatekeeper doctor or charges a premium directly or indirectly for that patient choice. Canada and the UK use this to keep down costs. Your plan does not. That could destroy the budget you want to set Healthcare is a right. But you can’t get people the care they need, if you don’t consider the realities of a healthcare ecosystem where a few companies dominate the economics of the system.

Have talked to a few WIAC football coaches recently who are concerned about potential changes coming to the WIAC Network streaming. Currently, games are streamed free and provide opportunity for teams to promote themselves to recruits and fans around the country. The WIAC is moving towards a pay-per-view model next year, which the league hopes will increase revenue, but coaches are concerned will drastically reduce the promotional reach of the league and its teams, and the ability for recruits to watch games. We'll see how this ends up playing out.
