Thanks to digital transformation and advance technology, we are having less difficulties on reaching out to more people faster than ever but at the same there is fear than technology might soon replace human workforce in near future. @huskymgmt #mgmt451ch10 #scsu #fall2020

@VranaAusten I think a lot of us do mistake by skipping all to the end while signing contracts which is wrong. We won't know the terms and conditions of the company or your rights. No matter how long the pages are, you should always read the contracts. #contracts @huskymgmt #fall2020

I never realized how long some contracts actually are, for example; contracts with the U.S postal service can exceed up to 300 pages! Some contracts with the NFL are up to 150 pages long. Very interesting #Contract #MGMT451Ch9

Union contracts provide far more protection for workers than state and federal laws. For example, there is no legal right for a worker to take a break. For some, without breaks you would not be able to eat or use the bathroom. #contracts make it possible! #MGMT451Ch9 @huskymgmt

It's very important that you understand the contracts before starting any business, working for other party or making any business transaction. It will serve as a official record of business so it should be carefully inspected. #Contracts #MGMT451CH9 @huskymgmt

In US, National Labor Relations Act states the Right to #strike which means workers can bargain against injustice, low wages, long hours Or safety. But in most countries, its not possible as companies have more political power than to workers.@huskymgmt #MGMT451CH8 #Strike

@jen_nguyen1120 @huskymgmt Thank you for sharing the article. Even though we have laws and regulation against the unfair practices by management, there are cases where employees face discrimination on the basic of labor activity, interfering employee's right to join union and many more.
