I ask the cop who has just testified that losing balance is a sign of intoxication whether my client false starting against Baylor means he's drunk. The whole thing is a sham. Make that obvious. Ask the cop whether he used his arms for balance when he walked into the court room. He did. Because God made arms for a reason. Show the jury a picture of Simone Fucking Biles using her arms for balance in the Olympics. Make these people into the dishonest clowns they are.
