As #womenintech we tend to blur our boundaries. @NedraTawwab has some great advice on how to set them. We cannot move forward and create equality and equity without having boundaries. Take care of yourself first, and the rest will follow.

55. The number of years ALL women have had the right to vote. In 1920 the 19th amendment was ratified, for white women, but excluded indigenous, Asian, and black women. It wasn't until the Voting Rights Act of 1965 when ALL women were given the right to vote. #togetherwewill
