You should rally reread the Bible here. The sun and moon are both local and close inside the firmament above us going around us in a circuit like the Bible says. Gravity doesn't exist, only God designed properties we can feel taste, measure, etc like in this regard, density, buoyancy and others. There is no Universe like we have been taught. Earth is flat, motionless (like we observe with our eyes and sense with our body. It is on a firm foundation. See JOB. @oliverburdick An expansion increase of 1 mph would have no immediate, detectable effect on the universe, as the current expansion rate already causes distant galaxies to recede at speeds exceeding light. It would not affect bound structures like galaxies or our solar system.
