I’m looking forward to the next leg of my journey. From Port Appin where I stopped for New Year, I’ll paddle to the top of Loch Eil via Loch Leven & Loch Linnhe. I’ll portage into freshwater Loch Shiel & out west through Moidart. I’ve long wanted to complete this route. Brilliant

When people find out what your job is - what annoying thing do they always say?

@Nor_edu The book ‘dyslexia is my superpower’ really helped me help my son. After his diagnosis in y3 I heard him enthusiastically telling a friend that he is dyslexic and has ‘special ways of seeing things’. Now he is not so keen (in y8) but it definitely helped then.
