@Oliver_Clingain This should be the minimum default attitude. When you market yourself as a premium problem solver, you charge premium prices, you should do everything in your power to deliver the results.

I had a tough client call yesterday. Campaign isn't performing as well as expected. They're frustrated. I get it. But here's what I didn't say on the call: I'm just as frustrated. I HATE when things don't work. My entire identity is wrapped up in getting results. When a campaign underperforms - it feels personal. Why? I pride myself on solving problems. So when something doesn't work? It eats at me. I stayed up until 2 AM analyzing the data. Found the leak. Built a new test. Sent it over this morning. This is the part of business nobody talks about. The emotional weight of other people's expectations The pressure you put on yourself to deliver The sleepless nights when results aren't there YET. I signed up for this. I love it. But some days it's heavy. Real talk.

Marginal technical improvements ≠ Practical life improvements. Upgrade when behavior changes - not when specs do.

Spec gains are measurable, But outcome gains are behavioral.

10% better rarely changes your results. Marketing purposefully highlights incremental improvements as breakthroughs.

Price is immediate. Value is cumulative.

If the benefit is marginal, the upgrade probably is too.

Your idea is worth $0. Everyone has ideas. Execution is worth millions. Stop protecting the idea. Start BUILDING it.

@theo_jil Motivation is unreliable. Start building, experimenting and learning by doing. Motivation will follow your progress, not the other way around.

@KevinSzabo14 Human brain is terrible at multitasking, contrary to popular belief. The 'you can have everything' works only when you focus on small chunks at a time. Otherwise you just invite burnout.

Stop trying to do everything, everywhere, all at once. You want a 6-figure job, brand deals, lose 30 lbs, pay off debt, travel 3x a year and get married… all by next month? It doesn’t work like that. Pick 1 priority for the next 12 weeks. Master it. Then move to the next.

The modern environment is engineered for constant input. Silence is one of the few remaining filters.

@ItsKieranDrew Noise is the default setting of the modern world. Silence has to be chosen.

No one wants to admit it, but the magic pill to all of your problems is to spend more time in silence. You don’t need more stuff, you need more space.

@matt_gray_ No income is truly passive at the start, You either need: - Capital - Time - Stackable Skills - Products/Services - Or the combination of these. The 'Passive' part usually comes much later into the journey.

The older I get, the more I realize there’s no passive income model where you do nothing. You either: - sell - build - lead Or design systems that do those well. Everything else just feeds your ego.
