After 10 days of hospice care at UCSD my wife peacefully passed away this morning, July 2. Losing my love and best friend is devastating yet I take solace in knowing she no longer has discomfort. It was time to let go of her hand and send her to her next destiny.

I have sad news to share for friends who follow me on X. I am not working @Padres games for now as I assist my wife as she enters hospice care. Her condition has no hope of reversing so we decided to take this path for her sake. No other words to describe the sorrow I feel.
