Nauseous? Start here: 1. Hydrate first. Small sips of water + a pinch of mineral salt can calm the vagus nerve and settle your stomach. 2. Grate fresh ginger into hot water, add lemon, sip slowly. 3. If you suspect low stomach acid, try a small amount of apple cider vinegar in warm water before meals. If it burns, stop. 4. Breathe through your nose with a long, slow exhale. That alone can ease the wave. 5. Keep things moving. Constipation makes nausea worse. Walk, and consider magnesium at night. If it’s persistent, severe, or tied to new meds or head pain, get it checked.

If it’s not at a minimum 100% Grass-Fed/finished tallow you’re not getting the full health benefits, but the taste component heavily relies on the rendering process too. Too many corners cut these days.
