"Dear migrants, before saying anything else to you, I want to bow before your dignity. You are not just numbers or files," Pope Leo XIV said in a meeting with organizations working with migrants at the Port of Arguineguína in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. In his address the Pope also called governments and international institutions to share the responsibility in addressing migration. Europe "cannot claim to uphold human dignity while growing accustomed to the Mediterranean and the Atlantic becoming unmarked graves," he insisted.

Consumer Competition Claims (CCC), through GameClaim, has launched a new class action against Valve in the Netherlands. The group claims Valve controls around 85% of the PC game market and uses rules that make it harder for developers to sell games cheaper on other stores. It also argues that Steam’s 30% cut on game sales is too high and shows anti-competitive behaviour. According to CCC, Dutch gamers have paid more than they should due to these practices, with total damages estimated at over €220 million since 2013.. The group says it will first try to reach a settlement with Valve. If that fails, the case could go to court and may take several years to resolve.

it's funny how Valve spanked an actual Rothschild in court and then all of a sudden a bunch of these weird spurious lawsuits popped up it's bullshit btw they're not a monopoly and 30% cut is quite literally industry standard you pay that to sell on Nintendo/Sony/Xbox consoles

Valve has been hit by yet another class action lawsuit in the Netherlands, this time from Consumer Competition Claims (CCC). The CCC claims that Valve holds a dominant position in the market, estimated at around 85%, and is breaching competition law through so-called "Most Favoured Nation" clauses. They argue that Valve’s 30 percent cut on all game sales is too high and reflects monopolistic behaviour. Dutch consumers have suffered total damages of more than €220 million. We don’t fool around in Ireland 🇮🇪 Belfast boys went door-to-door seeking out migrant-occupied houses. They had enough of ultra-violent migrant attacks on Irish people. The government started all of this, but by God will the Irish finish it. Follow us and share

Karmelo Anthony has a new lawyer, filed an appeal, and has more financial support. I pray it goes in the right direction.
