Sad to say goodbye to our fab offices in Remenham, but excited for the next chapter in Thame. Genius move in that we won't have to change our name - we are literally 200M from the River Thame! But I've no doubt I'll see some of you at Phyllis Court. @henleystandard @phylliscourt

@SimonDGriffiths 1. But seeing more and more elites (who can obviously do it both ways) take double breaths into and out of turns in particular. And some even half way along a length. It's the new thing obviously (and not how I was coached). I like it.
