i too have worked with @praha37v. 12+ working hours, toxic culture, not getting enough pay, no holidays is an exaggeration. none of these things have I ever seen anyone in the team experience yet. i've been working with him for almost 6 months now, what Lander Studios is building is genuine and ensures the individual growth of team members. in Lander Studio, you have flexible working hours and there’s flexibility to take off whenever you want. only on client projects Praha ensures the quality is maintained and deadlines are met. in india, where most 17-18 year olds are juggling to get into a good college, Praha provided the platform and environment for Pratham to learn new things and grow. i have seen people paying to join design cohorts for $1000 and learn there, but he is doing it while paying you well. no one is forced to join our team, it's up to them. but if someone has provided you the platform to learn, the least you can do is end it on amicable terms. without knowing Praha’s side, calling him out was a very stupid move. things were never about money, it was about ethics. Praha has trusted Pratham, and it was expected from Pratham too to be fair. the least twitter can do is, as a community, uplift someone who has been consistently trying to provide employment and trusting them. other team members or anyone else who has worked with Praha should open up and talk. I would never want the design community to ruin someone’s reputation.

Yep, it happened. Just to clarify: I’ve worked with Social Cap in the past, but there’s no active deal or contract with them right now. The comment I made was purely organic, just engaging as a normal user. Also, I’ve never been paid for commenting on posts. For any paid collaborations (like quote posts), I always make sure to add proper disclosure. Maybe this was a misunderstanding, but it is what it is. I trust God’s plan.

Story time: So a company ran a marketing campaign and paid big tech creators on X to comment under their post. @CodingNoobie took a screenshot… and posted it publicly. Now it looks like undisclosed paid promotion - which isn’t allowed on X. Nikita saw it… and removed them from revenue sharing And honestly… I follow almost all of them. I know 2–3 people on that list don't think they’d fall for paid promotion. Feels like it’s a mix of both. There should be proper checking before taking such actions. Hope the genuine ones don’t get affected.

They have been my friends for a long time now, they have always been very supportive. I only posted this as harmless banter that’s all. They genuinely post useful content for everyone.
