My flight in and out of Sky Harbor recently was the smoothest experience I've ever had there.
Security was a breeze, people actually seemed happy, and the biggest surprise upon my return was my luggage was actually ON THE CAROUSEL when I got to baggage claim.
That NEVER happens, it's usually at least a half hour wait.
I don't know what all ICE is doing but their mere presence has seemed to snap people into productivity mode.
