I rewatched the FDU game because I hate myself and not one single time did Edey leave the block to come set a ball screen. Not once. The coach in charge of offense that put up 58 pts against FDU just planted him down there with zero movement. We then saw how the offense and Edey took off when PJ took over. Thompson mentioned in a pod that he saw the analytics show how much better Edey was when he was moving/rolling into the paint rather than just posted up there all possession. What a concept. Mind boggling that the former OC couldn’t research that. I say all this because that “former OC” now has a hand in the defense. Coincidence? I doubt it. Time to let him walk.
