JUST IN: Afroman drops a banger before the lawsuit against him goes to court Monday in Adams County, Ohio.
Afroman just released “Batteram Hymns of the Police Whistle Blower” a day before the lawsuit heads to court.
Adams County sheriffs are suing Joseph Foreman for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress for featuring them in his music videos from the night they raided and vandalized his house and allegedly stole $400.
In the new song and video, he calls the deputies out by name, packed with videos photos from the raid and some AI to make it comical.
Pretty ballsy.

NEW: Rapper Afroman is scheduled to stand trial in a civil lawsuit filed by seven Adams County (Ohio) Sheriff’s deputies.  The legal battle stems from a 2022 raid on Afroman's home, where officers were investigating alleged drug trafficking and kidnapping claims that resulted in no charges. Afroman used his own security footage from the raid to create music videos which mock the officers and the "botched" operation.  The officers allege that Afroman used their personas for commercial profit without authorization, causing them "humiliation, ridicule, mental distress, and loss of reputation". They are seeking damages of $25,000 per count.

Yale computer science professor David Gelernter is defending almost six years of email correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein, including a recommendation for a student he described as a “completely connected, v small goodlooking blonde,” reportedly saying that he was only trying to “keep the potential boss's habits in mind.” Epstein, Gelernter reportedly wrote in an email sent Wednesday to the dean of Yale’s School of Engineering & Applied Science, would have asked for “a lot more aesthetic detail” if he had not already included information about the student’s appearance. He added, “As long as I said nothing that dishonored her in any conceivable way, I'd have told him more or less what he wanted. She was smart, charming & gorgeous. Today Israel bombed a school turned shelter in Gaza as a wedding was being held.
An IOF tank fired on the building with 6 people murdered and dozens injured.
Israeli forces then prevented ambulance and civil defence crews from reaching the injured, children amongst them.
There is no ceasefire.
There is no peace.
Just brutal colonial oppression.

Today, a 29-day-old baby died at Nasser hospital, southern Gaza, Palestine, just two hours after arriving at the MSF- supported paediatric ward in the early hours of the morning. Despite treatment efforts, he could not be saved. According to the Ministry of Health, he died from hypothermia.
"Children are losing their lives because they lack the most basic items for survival. Babies are arriving to the hospital cold, with near-death vital signs: even our best efforts are not enough. They say the war has ended, but people are still having to fight for their lives," says Bilal Abu Saada-Nursing Team Supervisor at Nasser Hospital.
The harsh winter weather combined with the already dire living conditions is increasing health risks and MSF teams are consistently seeing high rates of respiratory infections - something which will only increase throughout winter and is particularly dangerous for children under five-years old
As Gaza is battered by heavy rains and storms, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians continue to struggle in flooded and broken makeshift tents. MSF calls on Israeli authorities to urgently allow a massive scale up of aid into the Strip.

In one of the greatest crimes of WW2, the Nazi invaders penned in 3.8m Soviet POWs with no shelter. Exposed to the elements, 3.8m died of exposure. Israel is now doing this to women and children. But we must not compare them to Nazis you understand, as that would be truly wicked.
