🚨ATHLETES🚨 Being great at your sport requires INVESTMENT. Time, money, energy, your mentals, etc… Nothing just happens. Are you willing to invest or not? Make sure you ask yourself this question!

If any school is getting their schools Track repainted this summer….ask them to add measurements to the Runways!

🚨ATHLETES🚨 Most of your problems stem from the fact you ARE NOT fueling yourself properly. Injuries, fatigue, poor performance, etc… All comes from you likely being super dehydrated and not eating enough. Can thrive eating 800 calories a day. Eat and hydrate!

🚨HS TRACK ATHLETES🚨 We are heading into a very long winter break. YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO JUST CHILL AN ENTIRE WEEK AND A HALF. Find ways to train. You can. If you CHOOSE not to work, you are setting yourself up for a disappointing end of season. It’s up to you🤷🏿‍♂️
