@Forgemaster Blame the people who put LED and HID headlights in halogen reflector housings. While OEMs can also be problematic, the bigger problem are the wrong bulbs in the wrong housing.

I really hate modern LED headlights.
It's nothing at all to do with the age or height of my cars, they're just too bright. I swear modern LED low beams are BRIGHTER than the HIGH BEAMS of a car with halogen headlights.
The glare in my glasses gets extremely (actually) tiresome. I have to look over the tops of my glasses like some doddering old man so I can get rid of the glare and see the road clearly.
Even HID is way less annoying.

@NWSPortland I think the Earthquake Warning EQW code should be used for such a drill. State wide tornado drills in other states use the appropriate NOAA radio warning message. We should here too
