JUST IN: An arrest warrant has been issued for a Kentucky cheerleader who was accused of secretly giving birth before putting the baby in a trash bag.
A grand jury has voted to indict Laken Snelling, a former beauty queen, for manslaughter in the first degree.
The decision by the grand jury was made after hearing that the baby was born alive.
According to the Lexington Police Department, the cause of death was determined to be "asphyxia by undetermined means."
She is facing 10 to 20 years in prison.

NEW: University of Kentucky student arrested after her baby was found deceased in a trash bag inside a closet. 21-year-old Laken Snelling has been charged with abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and concealing the birth of an infant. Snelling is a member of the Kentucky Stunt team, according to the school. "We can confirm that she has been a member of the STUNT team for the last three seasons. All other questions should be directed to the Lexington Police," the university said in a statement. According to the citation, the "infant was located wrapped in a towel inside of a black trash bag." During her interview with police, Snelling "admitted to giving birth." Horrific.

NYC mayor Mamdanis wife liked this picture of twelve year old Yagil Yaakov who was kidnapped by Hamas on October 7th, his father was murdered. He was forced to strip infront of all these people and then abused. Hamas posted this Pic. She needs to at least apologize, but she will double down cuz “resistance” means kidnapping and humiliating kids and babies. And the massacres. We will never forgive or forget.
