My main standout for North Central was their goalie #64 Gunner Wolfe. Even in a losing effort he played very strong. He has good size and could move in his crease well. Tracked pucks consistently and was rarely out of position. #2025OHLDraft @_Neutral_Zone

Kane Barch posted a whopping four assist game in HPL's 5-2 victory over London on Friday. These two were my favourite of the bunch, where he's patient to allow the play to develop, letting his teammates find open space before making a decision. #2025OHLDraft

@SEllisHockey I thought he had the best pro style game when he was w the U16 wolves. The OHL cup was incredible for him.

Brady Martin is going to have a monster year in the OHL. He's going to rise up so many draft boards. #NHLDraft

One player I'm really looking forward to following this season is 2009-born Newfoundland forward Benjamin Veitch. Already quite physically developed at 6'0 and 181 lbs and put up 84 points in 28 games in his provinces U15 AAA league. He'll play for St. Andrew's College this year.

Is it me or is the off season for hockey players becoming shorter and shorter? Tell me why teams have training camps early to mid august when games don’t start until October?

@sharifsulemana @HockeyCanada How would it be more expensive? Players would be staying at home not billeting and travel for practices and home games would be less? A kid from Peterborough going to Toronto 4x a week to play there sounds more expensive to me. Maybe I’m wrong

If @HockeyCanada made it mandatory to play hockey where you live vs open borders etc.. you would have to believe it would make minor hockey more competitive. Small AAA centres loose there best 1-3 players ea year to bigger centres or the GTHL here in Ontario. It would…

Also make for less stress for parents, less travel through the week.

Completely agree. Parents need to wake up and governing bodies need to embody accountability and not entitlement. People use to like their kids being in sports to learn life skills but the only like skill they are now learning is how to take short cuts.

I want feedback: Mike says that the best athletes in their sport are the best BECAUSE they played other sports OR Did they play another sport bc the smart HS coach needed that elite athlete to help them win and recruited them? What makes more sense? 🤔

My mum is very unwell, her time is limited. People can telling me "if you need anything just ask". What you can do for me is tell your mum or dad you love them, give them a hug, make that phone call, spend a little extra time with them.
