Victims’ lawyer Chris Walker has demanded Southport killer Axel Rudakubana’s parents are jailed for failing to stop the massacre of three little girls. The damning public inquiry found the attack “would not have occurred” if his parents had done what they “morally ought to have done.” Rwandan asylum seekers Alphonse Rudakubana (50) and Laetitia Muyazire (54) knew their son was hoarding machetes, knives and ricin ingredients for over a year. A week before the July 29, 2024 slaughter they discovered he planned to attack his old school yet stayed silent and obstructed authorities. Walker says they have “blood on their hands” and must face criminal accountability. Parents who protect monsters belong behind bars too.

I was in the Middle East this week. Here’s why.

My focus is, and always will be, the British national interest.

There’s an entire glorious genre of photos that we might tentatively entitle: ‘Keir Starmer standing in front of people who visibly loathe him.’ His trip to the Gulf this week means we can add RAF personnel to the list of people who’ve been subjected to these grey reluctant photobombs, alongside oil workers, school children and the cabinet. ✍️ Madeline Grant Article | spectator.com/article/keir-s…

Starmer declines to say whether his relationship with Trump is in 'tatters' but insists: 'I act in the British national interest and nothing, nothing, is going to deflect me from that'

Starmer has arrived at the Middle East peace summit
