Is she saying that she believes law enforcement can identify who will commit a mass shooting before they do it and then jail them before they’ve even committed a crime? Not every mass shooter has a record either. Can she point out who’s going to commit a mass shooting pre crime?

Allen, Texas mass shooter was just identified as a Hispanic male.
He had gang tattoos.
This means Democrats will ignore his identity, blame guns, then bury the story.

Greg Abbott chose to refer to the victims of a brutal shooting in Cleveland as illegal immigrants. They were much more than that. They were heroes. Who used their bodies as shields to protect two children from dying, and who told their father to jump out the window so he’d live.
