To be honest I don't even think she can take on Ruijerd Superdia or even close to his level. Also I do think Ruijerd Superdia is extremely strong almost on par with some of the 7 great powers. People forget he was one of the best in Laplace army, and also he helped Perugius in defeating Laplace. So do the math Ruijerd Superdia can't beat orsted Ghislaine can't match Ruijerd

Gal Farion is #6. Ruijerd has 500+ years of combat, a Third Eye that sees mana flow, and a spear sharpened for 400 years. I would go as far as to say he should be at number 5 in the 7 great powers. Ruijerd was erased by history. Not by power.
