@FIFACollect so i converted my RTBs to RTT.. do i buen my RTT now and wait for may/june? (I will not be trading in marketplace) does someone know? Thanks in advanced. What a shit show to spend thousands.

@FIFACollect Pls help. My RTB’s are showing as converted into RTT’s (as I wanted), but I have not received any RTT’s. It states I can view them in ‘my collection’, but they are not there.

@FIFACollect Same as many of the comments - burned , selected category, entered card details then payment processing page hung. Now says I’ve converted but nothing in collection page . How do we raise a support case ?
