@OhhaiHeather I didn't realize how involved in my whole life 24/7 until I retired. I think my family suffered because I was a dedicated teacher and worried about my students

burn out levels because I burn out hard every year, and watch my colleagues do so too. The physical impact is clear, nevermind the mental impact. You can't have an entire workforce of teachers who are mentally spent by the end of October, using up sick days and going on leaves...
