I need to loose 30lbs of fat by the end of the year. I eat healthy, don’t drink alcohol, and lift heavy 4-5x per week. Under 100g sugar and 250g protein / day Vices: I get very little sleep and overindulge caffeine (by a lot). I’ve gained 20lbs of fat in the last year. 🤬
