The disciples described Jesus face as like the Sun. He looked like a God to them. (Mark 9) This means that Jesus existed outside the concept of Time and Space and was communicating with Moses and Elijah in their respective time. To Moses and Elijah, they were on the mountain speaking to God in their respective time. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. Keynote from this: Moses represented the Law, Elijah represented the Prophets. Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.
