@JudiRever Faustin Twagiramungu was a notable actor on the complex political theatre of Rwanda. Drawing from personal experience, he made the case that an open-spaced participatory democracy free of fear, might bring national healing and a better future for Rwanda. This is note worthy.

Admittedly shaken to hear of the passing of Faustin Twagiramungu, a monumental figure in Rwandan politics. He believed that Rwanda's younger generation could find a better way to live together & flourish. With age & experience he became humble & wise, seeing Paul Kagame's regime for what it truly was: deceptive & despotic. Faustin Twagiramungu will forever be courageous & principled in the memory of Rwandans. May he rest in peace.
