Because they know the edges of their own competency and rarely stray outside of it. To put some evidence behind their hypothesis... I used to work at a Tiger Cub hedge fund. In the 2010s, Julian Robertson had all his hedge fund managers take an IQ test, and the results showed no correlation with the success of each firm. The one I worked for took immense pride in having one of the lowest test scores, but the highest returns I think fantasy football is like this. It's about maintaining emotional stability, avoiding cognitive biases, rejecting the false solace of groupthink, and remembering to focus on your slugging percentage instead of your batting average in drafts.

@chillychal Oh different meal preps, Double baked potato with dairy free cheese and cottage cheese and Greek yogurt and had a Mediterranean ground chicken gyro bowl. With 16 hour fasting minimum and some other high protein foods in between.

6 days complete but 7 weigh ins 8.2 pounds lost this morning. I am way ahead of the 255 pounds I was at this time last year. And on an easy pace to hit my 190 a full 2 months earlier than last year. #190

@chillychal Two days in Cardio Three days in Cardio 1300-1500 calorie deficit And I’m doing 75 hard so a 45 minute walk or outdoor workout every day as well. I’m getting in about five miles a day.
