@Abrakebabra @JustEatIE So had an mistake on an order this evening and neither of you would resolve it. Completely unreasonable process to go through in order to get the right freakin Kebab delivered. #badcustomerservice

@JustEatIE @Abrakebabra So for example, I find it hard to believe that justeat haven't implemented a feature in their restaurant endpoint application that allows the restaurant to offer credit or issue a refund directly. You guys are just a middleman and should offer a reasonable solution.

@JustEatIE @Abrakebabra Approx. 1 in 4 orders we get has some kind of problem like we had this evening. It appears to me you guys are conspiring to put up barriers to prevent customers getting a resolution #badcustomerservice

@JustEatIE So I am complaining about the process. The kebab in question is neither here nor there. But seriously why do I need to contact the restaurant only to be fobbed off back to Justeat and then have to go through the painful experience with your Rep. Just send the correct product!
