Before I’ve ever obtained anything, I’ve seen it in my mind first. “I didn’t have the genetics for a 6-pack. That’s what I told myself until 27-years-old. “To get defined abdominal muscles, you have to take steroids, testosterone, or peptides.” That’s what I believed. One day I saw @solbrah on social media, abs shredded to bits, & he claimed natty. I wasn’t sure. But I told myself, if he did it, & he’s natty, then i can do it. I started training abs every other day, religiously. 5 exercises. Never missed. I started counting calories, eating at a deficit. I raised protein, minimized carbs, & fats. Cut out restaurants, used only coconut oil. Within 4-months, I saw a bit of definition on the upper abs. Within 6-months, I had a 4-pack. But I couldn’t get definition on the lower abdominals. So I told myself, it’s just a genetics thing. Then I slapped myself in the face. Added a new lower-abs targeted exercise, & slightly adjusted the range of motion on my other exercises. 1-year after I saw it in my mind, I had an 8-pack. You can just do things.
