This morning, a Queens courtroom will be packed with family, friends and fellow officers of slain NYPD Detective Jonathan Diller, who was shot and killed during a traffic stop that turned deadly.
Suspected killer Guy Rivera, 35, was indicted on first-degree murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges in the fatal shooting of Diller.
Rivera faces up to life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted.

Please keep the two police officers shot in Gainesville (FL) this afternoon in your thoughts and prayers.
These officers were responding to a shots fired call (would later learn an innocent victim was murdered), when they arrived the coward ambushed the officers shooting both of them.
The officers heroically stayed in the fight, returned fire and neutralized the dirtbag…permanently.
Officers were rushed to the hospital and are expected to recover.
