hear me out boiled eggs are a cheat code to keep you mouth shut and both stay alive. yup 1 egg is 70-80 kcal but when i eat 2 i can’t even think about food anymore how fed i am. plus they give actual energy and protein or sum shit, it’s a win-win bruh
