@EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

@EE Just got my bill 3 x one off charges!! I've upgraded my phone, and that was it, isn't the bill increase alone enough? £30+ for a change to my services, what change? An £11+ charge for a change to my add-ons, I haven't changed my add-ons!!! I was NOT informed of these charges!

If you're thinking of upgrading and trading in your old phone with @EE DON'T DO IT. My trade in phone has gone missing/stolen @EE and Likewise (company ee deal with) are useless. I'm going to be out of pocket to the tune of £496. I've been passed from pillar to post by both them.

Upgrading my new WiFi and not being able to transfer old devices to the new WiFi has been so much hassle as it can't be done on desktop. @EE you really need to get your app updated ASAP, it is so poor!

@EE Hi guys, I have an included tnt sports add on with my mobile contract, Discovery have recently been replaced by HBO, I can't seem to get any sports through HBO, so my sports add on doesn't seem to be working or set up correctly, I've tried logging into my account and activating tnt again but it says nothing to activate, could you have a look at this for me please, many thanks.
