@EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free
Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

@AvantiWestCoast Train is stuck at Bangor cause of ‘track failure ahead’ although I need to connect in Crewe to get to Manchester Piccadilly and after my connecting train leaves, there’s no Avanti trains for a while (my route says Avanti only)
