No, the US is not launching offensive strikes on Iran from Gulf state bases. Those countries refused such access in late January 2026 (and reaffirmed limits since) to avoid direct involvement and retaliation.
US operations rely mainly on aircraft carriers in the Arabian Sea/Persian Gulf, plus bases in Israel and Jordan. Gulf bases host US forces for defense, logistics, and intercepts only—not attacks. Iran targeted them anyway as retaliation for hosting US assets.

@jalalayn People just don’t get this. Fall of Arabs will also bring down Asian countries who are dependent on Arab remittances. Millions of Asians work in Arab countries. They will be the worst affected.

It is this kind of nihilism we have to resist. For sure, the Arab countries have delegated their security to a US power that was never looking out for their interests. But we cannot surely want the Muslim world to descend into a bloody war. This will enable Israel’s plan in the region.

Saudi Arabia addressed Iran today, saying that Islam does not permit attacking neighbors, especially Muslim neighbors.
They killed 377,000 of their Yemeni Muslim neighbors, even though Islam forbids it!
If Islam permitted it, how many would they have killed?

Iran hosts the largest Jewish population in the Middle East outside Israel.
According to Islamic eschatology, Iran will have the biggest supporters of the Dajjal, (Anti-Christ) with 70,000 Jews from Isfahan following him.
And he emerges from the East, specifically Khurasan which is a region in modern day Iran.

Instead of creating Arab hate, people need to be conscious of who is beneficiary of this war. Arabs have demonstrated wisdom till now by not retaliating but Iran has to reciprocate. You cannot expect Arabs to be silent in the face of bombs.

Iran doesn’t allow Sunni mosques. There are few old Sunni mosques in Sunni majority areas th are under heavy surveillance. They call them prayer halls. This isn’t about religion

Saudi Arabia was just created in 1932 and is not a holy country.
The holy city of Makkah is about 900 km away from Riyadh the capital of Saudi, Riyadh is closer to Qatar than Makkah or Madina, they are totally different types of people, people of Makkah are genetically closer to Yeman
