@agileschools Golden advice, I’ll put this in my weekly Sprint. 🚀 Ways I do it now: ✅ Regular leadership dialogues on what’s working, and what they can help with. ✅ Fully own the results of team performance which is easier also being a team member.

One reason you might get laid off as a Scrum Master…you are not making how you helped to improve the team and organization visible. You are humbly in the shadows serving. But if you are in the shadows, execs question what value you bring. Don’t fear a little humble brag.
