@Codie_Sanchez Focus builds the skill.
Relationships create the opportunities.
You usually need both.
English

@russellbrunson The voice you hear most is your own.
Make sure it’s one worth listening to.
English

@lichthauch The most powerful investments are often the ones made with no expectation of return.
English

Sow good into the dirt and ask nothing of it, walk away from what you planted, forget that you planted it at all, because the land does not owe you an explanation for how it works. it works in silence, it works in darkness, in your absence. the fruits of what you gave will find you in a season you do not expect. this is the law beneath all laws, that what you put into the world comes back carrying children

@KAHALA123Y Anything built on betrayal carries the seeds of its own collapse.

@fw_naetoblaq “Strategic hibernation.”
Sounds a lot better than bed rotting, and honestly, that’s exactly what it is.
English

Told my therapist that sometimes, I NEED bed rotting to recover from burnout, because it forces me to focus on rest and stop constantly trying to make decisions and face stimuli. My therapist agreed, but didn't like using the term "bed rotting," as it has a negative connotation. Anyone have a more positive term?

@Bluebirdeyessss “Interesting” is the diplomatic version of both admiration and concern.
English

@Joshwins_all Not everyone rejects the truth. But people who feel threatened by it often attack the messenger instead.
English

@MelNicoleLove Not all memories live in the mind.
Some are stored quietly in the body.
English

@_falsi1ke Awareness of life’s uncertainty has a way of turning pride into gratitude.
English

@_Chemist1 Envy often disguises itself as humor when honesty feels too uncomfortable.
English

@buridansridge Intuition doesn’t remove uncertainty.
It rather helps you move through uncertainty without abandoning yourself.
English

@dantefofante Never compare your daily discipline to someone else’s temporary outcome. Compounding settles the argument eventually.
English

The biggest threat to your success is getting distracted by people who do less but seem no worse off.
You will meet people who eat pop tarts, slam booze, and play League of Legends during work with outcomes seemingly no different than your own. They will have you questioning why you're working so hard, if your health matters, and why you're in bed at 9.
These people are Sirens. You must not follow them into the water.
Habits compound, both good and bad. If you don't brush your teeth for a day, you're fine. A week? Fine. A month? Still probably fine. But if you don't brush your teeth for a year? You're absolutely cooked.
What you're doing is worth it, even if it doesn't feel that way today. Stay the course.
English

@PeterDiamandis The hardest part of compounding is staying committed during the phase when it looks like it isn’t working.
English

A message without a next step is just inspiration.
We've all been in a room where something moved us — a sermon, a speech, a conversation. And then we walked out and nothing changed. Not because it wasn't good. But because nobody told us what to do next.
Inspiration is the spark. Direction is what starts the fire.
What's the most inspiring message you've ever heard that actually moved you to do something?

@Markmanson Confusion is often a sign you’re doing something ambitious enough that no map exists for it yet.
English

@thejustinwelsh Your standards quietly shape your future long before your results reveal it.
English

@buridansridge The truly independent thinker is usually the one least interested in being seen as one.
Humility remains the strongest signal of genuine intelligence.
English

Intelligence and independent critical thinking are becoming the new symbols of idolised luxury and will become even more so in the near future. We will see an increase in pseudo-intellectualism. Perhaps the most humorously poetic element is that the acquisition of such is often to appease others and will likely devour humility for those who see it as a point of attainment rather than an ongoing way of being, despite it being the very key to true fluid openness and the continuous raising of consciousness. The masses always move towards inversions when the pendulum has swung too far, for that which cannot be easily acquired becomes inherently magnetic, and right now the world is rife with cookie-cutter minds absorbing curated thoughts to such an exorbitant extent that many do not realise the degree to which they have been affected.
