What best describes you? 1. I've bought CDs for the past 40 years and will continue to do so. 2. I’m tired of streaming, so I started buying CDs recently 3. Been there. Done that. No more. 4. My parents and grandparent have them… an interesting historical technology. 5. WTF are CDs?

Ok, if I wanted to start a blog/site of reviews and thoughts about a CD collection, which would you recommend; Wordpress, Blogger or Wix?

@Colvick Is this a remake? I tend to remember one from around the 80s? May be mistaken though.

Felt like watching something set in Scotland so started Rebus (SBS On Demand) last night. Excellent!

@sdedition That album is in need of some reattention in the modern day. It’s never been remastered or rereleased to the best of my knowledge. It’s great though.

Sad to belatedly find out that Ollie Olsen died back in October last year. 'Max Q', his 1989 collaboration with Michael Hutchence is such an important album to me. He was only 66 (same age as INXS manager Chris Murphy, when he died).

Memories of my dad playing this every Christmas Day when I was young…it’s still my favourite seasonal album. Don’t knock it until you’ve heard it…there is no way you can’t not sing along with it…just like the title says! Merry Christmas everyone. #xmas2024 #musicsky

Clever and cute that these aspirin (now commonly used for blood thinning) are red coloured and in the shape of a heart. #hearthealth

I have seen this same sticker on a lot of CDs I’ve purchased this year. Are CDs only made there now? …and why Germany ?

Can we please have a test match that goes for more than 3 days! I’ll have little to watch on TV this summer if this keeps up. #cricket

Tribute CD time! I’ve said many times that “Rumours” is my all time favorite album (I also say that about “Achtung Baby” for what it’s worth). Sometimes it’s nice to hear your favorite songs in a different light. This album scratches the itch. What’s your favorite from this?

Well, we’ve gone a bit early this year but at least we aren’t as bad as the shops. #xmas2024
